In the Word document “Request for Quotation”, you will find a template you can use in your purchasing process.
A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a simplified bidding process used to solicit the price of standard goods or services from external suppliers, usually through a bidding process. An RFQ may involve not only the price per item, but additional information such as the delivery method and date, or the warranty.
